Welcome to Fellowship. These terms explain how our website and online store work, and what you can expect from us when you shop with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.
1. About us
This website is operated by WAVES DESIGN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202218259R), a business registered in Singapore. In these terms, “Fellowship,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to us, and “you” refers to anyone using our website or buying from us. You can reach us at [email].
Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products and process payments.
2. Using our website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Try to interfere with the website’s security or operation, or upload any harmful code
- Copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission
- Place orders using false information or someone else’s payment details
We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaks these terms.
3. Your account
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Our products
We do our best to show our pieces as accurately as possible. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and since some details are finished by hand, small variations between pieces are natural. Measurements are approximate.
Our materials are described on each product page and on our [Materials] page. Plated pieces will naturally wear over time with regular use, and following our [Care Guide] will help them last longer.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless you choose another currency at checkout. [Prices include GST where applicable.] Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we’ll let you know if this happens.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This doesn’t yet mean we’ve accepted it. Your order is accepted once we ship it.
We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
Because we make pieces in small batches, some products may sell out and may not be restocked.
7. Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery times and other details are on our [Shipping & Delivery] page. Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by couriers, customs or other events beyond our control can happen. For international orders, you’re responsible for any import duties or taxes.
8. Returns, exchanges and warranty
Our returns, exchanges and warranty terms are on our [Returns & Warranties] page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
9. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless stated, and may have their own terms and expiry dates. We may withdraw a code or cancel an order if a code is misused.
10. Brand ambassador program
Taking part in our brand ambassador program is subject to separate terms, which we’ll share with you if your application is accepted.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our designs, product names, photos, text and logo, belongs to Fellowship or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.
12. Reviews and content you share
If you send us a review, photo or other content, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to share it on our website and social channels. We’ll always credit you where we can. You confirm that anything you share is your own and doesn’t break anyone else’s rights.
13. Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites, such as payment providers or social media. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
14. Liability
We work hard to keep our website accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited under Singapore law.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and any changes will apply from the date they’re posted.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Singapore.
